The
Luvante Platform - Modular, Elevated EV Charging Systems
The Luvante System
The Luvante sustainable elevated
electric vehicle charging infrastructure system positions all the necessary
components for electric vehicle chargers in an above ground, weather resistant,
fully engineered, modular structure.
The Luvante System is
easily deployed into existing or new locations in roughly half the time as
traditional in-ground charging stations while also delivering a 5% to 25%
reduction in construction costs. The unique Luvante System above ground design
requires minimal disruption to existing facilities because it eliminates costly,
time-consuming, excavation for power cables and conduits. This reduces onsite
construction time, construction waste and disruptions to existing operations during installation. The above ground design makes routine maintenance, upgrades,
modular expansion or charger component swaps far easier and faster. The
Luvante System can be relocated, further improving lifetime cost of ownership
and sustainability.
The Luvante System
leverages proven power distribution technologies that are widely used for
distributing power at indoor industrial facilities and raises power cables,
conduits, and critical charger components above ground in a safe, weather
resistant enclosure. The Luvante system is designed to support Level 2 and
Level 3 EV chargers for multiple deployment applications across both fleet and street
EV charging environments.
The Benefits of Luvante's Elevated Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure
We Eliminate This!
With Luvante's Elevated EV Charging Technology, we do away with the costs and problems of underground infrastructure construction.
Luvante's Platform Addresses the Following Issues:
Cost
Bespoke designs do not scale
Large up-front costs
Disrupting existing operations
All hard costs vs soft costs
Hard to finance
Speed
Bespoke projects with long project timelines and equipment lead times
Utility coordination & delays
Disrupting operations
Sustainability
Massive amounts of concrete, plastic and wire all buried in the ground
Parking lots being uprooted and resurfaced
Not re-deployable
Flexibility
Designed and implemented with only today's client and vehicle demands in mind
Can’t evolve with industry or client demands
Incentive programs don’t include future flexibility
The Future of EV Charging Technology
Less Expensive Installation
Traditional EV charger station construction does not scale well. However, the Luvante System resolves many of these scale issues with its modular approach leading to savings estimated between 10% and 25% over conventional EV charging systems when 12 or more charging ports are installed.
Faster Installation
Deploys in days or weeks versus weeks or months with current EV in-ground charging systems. Reducing installation times by 40% to 50% not only reduces cost to existing operations on an EV charger site, but it also accelerates the owners return on investment as they will be generating revenue sooner with little to no operational disruption.
Scalable Modularity
Easily add additional capacity simply by connecting more pillars and canopies to existing Luvante systems without the need for additional excavation.
Easily Financed
The physical components of EV infrastructure projects are typically considered sunk costs. The modular, semi-portable nature of the Luvante system flips the EV finance model, making EV charging stations depreciable assets that may be moved and/or expanded upon as market demands change. No more abandoned assets in the ground or site remediation required when the use case changes.
Game-Changing Total Cost of Ownership
All these features combine to deliver Luvante's greatest benefit, which is a game changing reduction in Total Cost of Ownership (“TCO”).
